Performance Brake Pads and Rotors


We offer performance brake upgrades for Volvo models
We can provide a range of EBC brake pads as well as genuine Volvo or slotted ATE and Brembo rotors

We do recommend that if you are replacing rotors, that you replace brake pads at the same time.

H&R Springs


German made H&R Springs are available from DVS.

H&R offer a range different spring sets for a variety of vehicles and offer fantastic quality with competitive pricing.

The drop in ride height varies with the specific vehicle model, whether the vehicle was fitted with factory sports suspension, etc.

Ride is noticably firmer than stock and handling is improved while still retaining ride quality.
We can recommend a set of shock absorbers to compliment the springs.

Springs come in a high-quality powdercoated finish.

Volvo 850 and 70 series urethane upper engine mount


The original Volvo upper engine mount is a component that commonly fails.
The mount is located near the top of the engine and connects the engine to the firewall.

These urethane replacement mounts have a far longer service life than that of the original and, due to their two-piece design, installation is simple and can be done with basic hand tools.

Available for 1993 - 1999 850 & 70 series models. Please specify the year of your vehicle when ordering.

B3 Brake Upgrade Kit


The Budget Big Brake (B3) upgrade we offer allows the larger 302mm front brakes from the 1997-2000 Volvo V70R to be fitted to 1994-2000 Volvo 850 and P1 C70, S70 & V70 models which came from the factory with the smaller 280mm front brakes.

Cars with the 280mm front brakes use the same caliper as the cars with the 302mm front brakes and as such, the original caliper is retained making it an inexpensive upgrade when compared to an aftermarket replacement caliper and rotor.

Improved braking performance comes as a result of the increased leverage provided by the larger rotor. Brakes are less prone to fade and when combined with a good rotor and pad combination, the improvement over the 280mm brakes is significant.

The B3 kit comes with replacement caliper hangers, pins, guides and brake lines and is largely made up of Volvo genuine parts.

The kit does not include rotors or pads and we can help you to choose a combination suitable for your application.

DVS Volvo 850 and 70 Series Aluminium Checkerplate Sumpguard


DVS aluminium checker-plate sumpguards are designed to protect the sump and transmission on 850 and 70 series models, up to MY00, including AWD.

The sump and transmission are often vulnerable to damage from debris, rocks or anything else that may be lying on the road.

The sumpguards bolt up to the subframe rails using machine screws supplied.
Sumpguards come with pre-drilled holes for the machine screws and an opening for the sump plug.

Suitable for all 1993 - 2000 850 & C70/S70/V70 series Volvos.

DVS Volvo 850 and 70 Series Strut Tower To Tower Brace


DVS strut tower brace sets are made from the highest quality materials and will fit Volvos 850 and 70 series cars from 1993 to 2000.

The kit includes 5mm steel top plates, aircraft quality adjustable heim joints, 25mm OD chrome-moly cross bar and high-tensile fasteners.

* 1997 onwards S70/V70 cars with fusebox mounted on a bracket attached to the LH strut tower will require a modification to this bracket.
A diagram is supplied with the kit showing where the bracket needs to be modified.
We can also supply you with a modified bracket on a changeover basis at additional cost. Please Contact us if you have any queries regarding this.
