(Volvo 240, 360, 740 and 940) Allows camshaft timing changes in small increments by simply adjusting the bolts on the front of the gear and rotating the outer gear section. Ideal for fine tuning after a camshaft change and to move peak torque to a lower or higher point within the rev range. DVS Volvo 7 and 9 series adjustable panhard bar7 and 9 series volvos with live axle (not IRS) rear ends often have a problem with rear tyre fouling on the inside of the wheel arch at various stages of wheel travel. This is accentuated once the vehicle has been lowered and can happen reversing out of driveways, long sweeping corners, with large loads, etc When lowered springs are installed, the fixed-length standard panhard bar causes the diff housing to move across within the body. Adjusting the length of the panhard bar compensates for this issue. Our adjustable panhard bar for the 7 and 9 series features urethane bushes and adjustment is done on one end. Fitting is simple and can be done with common hand tools. Adjustable panhard bars are powdercoated in Charcoal Metallic Pearl wtih other colours available at additional cost upon request. $189.00 |
